We all know a beautiful smile will make a day beautiful, when we look at a baby smiling back at us always makes our day full of excitement. In the same way we have to smile and make others to smile. The acronym for SMILE is Small Motivation Inspires Large Efforts. Yes, when we think I cannot do anything then that shows we are not at all trying. SMALL MOTIVATION : We can be a student or a professional, the first thing that comes to our mind is I have to reach the goal. It may be a short term goal or a long term goal, the very small thought that I can do is the small motivation. In other words, it is a reason to behave in a particular way. Why do we need motivation?
